As donations directly support ongoing rescue, veterinary treatment, feeding, sanctuary care and awareness programmes, all donations are generally treated as final.

Refund Policy

Donations made through our website are non refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances including:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
• Unauthorised transaction verified by the payment gateway
• Other genuine cases reviewed by the management

All refund decisions shall remain solely at the discretion of Paws Universe Foundation.

To request a refund, donors should contact us within 7 days of the transaction by providing:

• Transaction ID
• Date of donation
• Reason for refund request

Supporting documents may be requested for verification.

Cancellation Policy

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot normally be cancelled.
